WITH THE PERMISSION OF CLIENT. The Duplication of other's content is the sole fault of the client and not the cyberspoint.com.

without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage
and control the information that you have provided. We will enable
you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and that we will
respond to them appropriately.
cyberspoint.com does not disclose any personal information
to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes
that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password,
credit card number and bank account number.
TERMS AND CONDITONS REGARDING:
I) DOMAIN NAME :
- The domain name of any requested client will be booked only after complete payment in advance.
- Please do review the spelling of your domain name before getting it booked, because after booking there is no provision for cancellation or changes. (Also send the several choices of your domain name as it is very difficult to get the domain name exactly of your choice.)
- The fee for domain name is generally paid annually, so you have to renew your domain before its expiry otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- is charged if the domain is renewed after its expiry. Once the domain has expired there is no guarantee for domain reoccupation or renewal. For this just keep the date of domain registration and its expiration date in your note book / Calender.
- Generally the domain names transfer is not allowed. But still if the clients wants domain transfer, a formal fee of Rs. 2000/- is charged against transfer. For Domain transfer the client has to send the domain request via his/her Registrar Email. Also the client has to give us in writtten that he/she wants the domain to get transfered to some other registrar
- The domain name is booked instantly but we take about 24-72 hours for registration, though the domain could be booked after designing the project.
II) WEBHOSTING :
- The webhosting is mainly of two types - Linux and Windows, by default we do Linux hosting (because linux hosting is cheap / reliable / free databases supportive) so if you want windows hosting you have to tell us before hosting your site over the server.
- The fee for Webhosting is generally paid annually, so you have to renew your Webhosting on or before your domains expiry.
- The username and password for the control panel will be provided on final payment for the same and if you opt for designing along with hosting then the username and passwords will be provided on final completion of the project (i.e. After the site design).
III) WEB DESIGNING / E-commerce
- The amount for webdesigning is paid according to the following terms - 50% during the work (say atleast on completion of the Home page), rest 50% on final completion of work.
- You have to provide the content for your website (text/images etc.). Your site construction will be started only after getting the full content.
- We generally develop the web projects at a very fast pace, the reason behind that we have a team of professional webmaster's - website of upto 7 pages could be designed within 2-3 days and website of about 10-30 pages within a period 8-10 days. For Ecommerce and other Dynamic site we give the optimimum period after full inspection of the project.
- After designing the client is provided with a complete one month for reveiwing his/her site (During reveiwing the client could ask us to edit their site, but complete change of the design or content is not allowed.)
- If the client leaves the project in the middle and didn't intimate the payments/balance payments, the cyberspoint.com have the full right to terminate the contract (this includes the deletion of the website and resell of domain to another person / the remaining balance of the client will also be forfeited).
- Web desiging and E-commerce is indeed a huge arena, websites have several layouts and E-commerce has several business logic, so if you would likely interested in making website for your company please do send us the sample layout of the site (may be your competitors and any other) so that we could have the idea of exactly what you want.
- Though we have a long term experience in IT (mainly in Web) but in the future we may face of not providing the exact solutions to your problem, this is so because the web is changing day by day. In this case you are free to contact anyother company, we have no objection.
- Our costing for domain name / webhosting / wedesing / webpromotion is same for all the people irrespective of country / region.
IV) WEB PROMOTION :
- We provide SEO (Search engine optimization) services to
your client only after the client seeks for such a service.
- We promote the website by enlising it in major search engines - google, yahoo, msn etc.
- The target keywords have to be provided by the client.
- We usually take about 2-3 months for complete inclusions in the search engines.
- The number of target keywords depends upon the budget of the client.
